All Sattler Clothing is inspected to ensure that every thread in each garment is made of only the finest organic cotton and the highest quality workmanship. Please understand that due to the nature of our product, we allow for slight variances in color, texture and design. With that said we are committed to providing the best product with the best service.

Returns

If at any time you feel that you have received a product that is less than perfect feel free to contact Sattler Clothing. Please don’t wrap up your product(s) in your favorite box and send it our way without contacting us first. We cannot accept returns without prior approval by Sattler Clothing nor can we accept returns of apparel with custom embroidery, imprinting or anything else that you may have done to the product(s) for your own amusement. Sattler Clothing will gladly accept returns on any unworn, unwashed product within 15 days of the shipment or purchase date.

Items Shipped in Error

If an order was filled incorrectly please contact Sattler Clothing at 208.871.6888. The correct product(s) will be shipped promptly and a return label will be provided to return the incorrect product(s).

Defective Product

We inspect every garment, every day, at every stage of production and will not knowingly send out a less than perfect garment. With that said, we are human and should one sneak through the cracks Sattler Clothing will gladly exchange any product(s) with a manufacturer's defect within 15 days of the date it was received. Please contact us at 208.871.6888 to have this arranged.

Order Cancellation

We try to get your product(s) in your hands as quickly as possible so if you would like to make changes/cancel your order you will want to get a hold of us ASAP and no more than 4 hours after the purchase. We run through the orders pretty fast and your product(s) may already be on its way to your home. All custom product cancelled after 24 hours will be billed the entire handling and shipping charges and half of the value of the total order. The price adjustments will take place only after the product is received back into our inventory.

A portion of the profits from Sattler Clothing go to the Ashby Foundation in Cape Verde, Africa or other organizations as decided by Sattler Clothing. To be considered please contact us. International orders, and APO orders are charged additional shipping. Shipping charges are calculated during checkout.

Call 208.871.6888 to request a rush on your order and we will ship your package within 24 hours. A fee of $9.00 will be added to our standard shipping and handling rates.

Sattler Organic Clothing was started in 2007 to provide mainstream consumers with stylish, yet mainstream organic clothing options. Sattler also believes strongly in supporting fair labor clothing production standards and stopping the deplorable labor conditions in many parts of the world where children contract illnesses due to workplace conditions. All Sattler Organic Clothing is made using only certified organic cotton, or recycled polyester and in production facilities that are fair labor certified. In an effort to provide eco-friendly options to a wider variety of consumers we have tried to provide essential organic clothing for men, women, babies and businesses. In order to make just one tshirt using conventional cotton growing methods, approx. 9oz - over half a pound, of pesticides are dumped into the ground. By using organic cotton clothing you prevent dumping these chemicals into our ground. After switching to organic cotton clothing with just 4 organic tees you have prevented approx. 2 lbs of pesticides from being dumped into the ground.
